Fully automatic CNC pocket spring producing line consists of assembling line with Fully Automatic CNC Pocket Spring Machine FR-PS-100 and Fully Automatic CNC Pocket Spring Assembly Machine FR-PSA-A1.It products different specifications of independent pocket spring the mattress pocket inner spring unit. All the working procedures are fully CNC servo control such as pressing the spring wire correctly, wire pre-programmed to coil controlling,and to a pre-defined spring, cutting,heat-treating and transmitting,cooling down coil and welding while processed into pocket spring strings. Our CNC system and servo electric motor are all produced by international famous brand "schneider".Also we pursue "Robatech" "Nordson" brand products on holt-melt glue system. One pocket spring assembly machine matches two or three sets pocket spring machines. All of these make our producing line works in high efficiency,qualification and low consumption.
